The Colt Version-R features a DOHC MIVEC with variable valve timing mechanism. A 16 valve intercooler turbo turbo adds to the class topping levels of performance for 154bhp of power. Brakes are 15 inch discs for the front, and 14 inch discs for the rear. ABS, EBD and dual front airbags are standard safety features. In addition, the manual transmission model offers Active Safety Control (ASC) which works by electronically controlling the brake and engine output of 4 wheels, preventing unstable behavior of the vehicle in extreme conditions.
